Gandhinagar, 17th July 2026: zingbus has signed Memorandums of Understanding with 50 bus operators to facilitate the deployment of more than 200 zingbus Maxx and electric buses over the next 12 months. Announced at Prawaas 5.0, India’s largest passenger transport industry gathering, the partnerships will strengthen the company’s presence across key markets in South and West India. During the event, zingbus was also recognised with the Bharat Prawaas Redbus People’s Choice Award 2026 for Favourite Pan-India Bus Operator.

The partnerships will combine zingbus’ technology, digital distribution capabilities and service standards with the regional expertise of local operators. The model is expected to help operators access wider demand, improve fleet utilisation and deliver more consistent passenger experiences across their networks.

A significant share of the planned deployment will operate under zingbus Maxx, the company’s premium intercity travel service. Electric buses will also form an important part of the expansion as zingbus advances its broader clean mobility plans.

The initial rollout will focus on high-demand routes across South and West India, including key corridors connecting Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Goa.

The announcement comes as India’s passenger transport industry places greater emphasis on premiumisation, electric mobility, road safety and digitalisation. Addressing the industry at Prawaas 5.0, Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari highlighted the need to improve passenger safety, expand electric mobility and build higher-quality travel services for customers willing to pay for a better experience.

“Travellers are increasingly seeking greater comfort, reliability, safety and transparency from intercity bus services. These partnerships will help us scale premium and electric mobility while enabling regional operators to benefit from technology, stronger distribution and standardised service delivery,” said Mratunjay Beniwal, Co-founder and COO, zingbus.

The company plans to introduce more than 50 electric buses in 2026 and scale its electric fleet to 1,000 buses by 2030. Live journey tracking, fleet monitoring, trained onboard personnel and strong safety protocols will remain central to the expansion.

I see orthopaedics as more than a medical specialty, it is a passion. Since the start of my career, I was motivated by the possibility to make people feel better after the pain, get healed after the injuries and be back to the exercises that they enjoy. Each patient who is presented in a clinic or a hospital represents a different story, dilemma, and expectation.

Orthopaedics is a profession that requires accuracy, patience and constant innovation. It might be the treatment of athletic injuries, a broken bone, an arthritic joint, or the spine, complex surgery, but at the end, the aim is the same to regain movement and make lives better.

Over the years, I have been very diligent in staying up-to-date regarding the latest trends in orthopaedic medicine and orthopaedic surgery. Medicine is an evolving sector where specialists have to employ the latest evidence-based practices and technology which can greatly affect patient outcomes.

Being the winner of this award is like getting a wakeup call which shows that hard work and diligence really matter.

The Real Inspiration Behind This Achievement

Even though my name is mentioned on this award, one must understand that without my patients, I would never be able to receive it.

The story behind every successful recovery is one of courage, determination and resilience. It is my privilege to have seen patients who have been relieved of intense pain, regained their mobility following complicated injuries, were able to resume sports when they had difficult recuperation processes, and regained their independence after undergoing joint replacement.

These experiences have not only made me a better surgeon but also a human being.

The appreciation shown by patients and their families is usually the biggest incentive to make an attempt of trying to excel. Their confidence brings about a sense of obligation to provide the best standards of care, compassion, and professionalism.

This recognition is the right of each patient whose faith in a treatment plan was strong, who did not abandon rehabilitation, and who collaborated with me in their healing process.

The Importance of Patient-Centered Care

Medicine is not diagnosis and treatment- it is understanding people.

All patients need customised treatment that meets their individual needs, purposes, and concerns. In handling cases of chronic joint pain, injuries during sports activities, or before undertaking an operation, good communication and understanding are equally significant in addition to clinical knowledge.

I believe that patients should actively participate in their treatment options, resulting in the best outcomes. Communicating with patients to educate them about their condition, discussing treatment options, and assisting them to make informed choices are all essential parts of my practice.

This patient-oriented philosophy has helped me in my entire career and even now, I still have this philosophy at the centre of whatever I do.

Nothing is ever achieved single-handedly.

I greatly owe my debt to my mentors who invested their skills, experience, and advice in my training and professional career. Their experience has been very instrumental in my attitude towards orthopaedic practice.

Although this is a proud moment, it is also an encouragement to keep aiming to excel.

The future of orthopaedics is also very exciting as the process of minimally invasive surgery, robotic-assisted surgery, regenerative medicine, and individual treatment techniques change the way patients are treated. I will continue to accept these innovations without forgetting the human touch wherein medicine was founded.

The much-awaited Season 1 of India’s biggest online reality show “Har Ghar Talent” has successfully concluded, bringing incredible young dancers into the spotlight!

This season was dedicated entirely to dance performances, where participants from across the country showcased their creativity and passion.

After a tough competition, here are the official winners of Har Ghar Talent Season 1:

1st Place – Yogi & Himu (Delhi)

“About us — our names are Yogi & Himu from Delhi, but we perform everywhere our art takes us! We’ve been dancing together for the past 4 years and have represented our talent across India.”

Their unique energy and coordination made them stand out as the champions of the season!

2nd Place – Kartiki (Amardeep Dance Institute)

Kartiki started dancing at the age of 3 and has been training under Amardeep Singh Natt Sir and Shubham Rathore Sir at Amardeep Dance Institute.

Her graceful movements and dedication won everyone’s hearts.

3rd Place – R Roar Crew (Delhi)

Founded and choreographed by Reshma Bansal along with Rukshar, R Roar Crew has been performing for over 6 years, featuring dancers aged 8 to 20.

The group has already won several national competitions and continues to inspire young talent across India.

The telecast of Season 1 aired on MTV Channel.

Founder Aditya Mehta expressed his gratitude, saying:

“Our goal is to make every home in India a stage for talent. Season 1 was just the beginning — Season 2 will be even grander, with both Singing and Dancing categories.”
