I am Sai Kondal, a Young & Dynamic Health & Wellness Influencer, entrepreneur, and author, on a mission to transform lives by shifting the focus from illness to wellness.

My journey began in a humble background, where life was filled with challenges and financial struggles. My father worked as a dhobi, and my mother, Nagamani, was an Anganwadi teacher who carried the responsibility of holding the family together.

At the age of 18, I made a bold and life-changing decision — to step into the wellness industry and take responsibility for creating a better future.

On February 3, 2018, with no background, no financial strength, and no shortcuts, I started my journey as a wellness coach. What I had was belief, discipline, and a clear vision.

Over the years, I have:

• Built a strong career in wellness coaching with 8+ years of experience

• Helped many individuals transform their health and lifestyle

• Successfully completed 3 Half Marathons, showcasing endurance and fitness commitment

• Received the Indian Talent Icon Award as Best Wellness and Lifestyle Coach

• Participated in the Ironman 70.3 Goa, testing my physical and mental strength

• Earned certifications in Psychiatric Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, PCOS Education, and Diabetes Management

• Authored the book The Rise of a Dreamer

• Been featured in Hindustan Insider Magazine as “A Son, A Fighter, A World Record Holder”

One of my proudest milestones was attempting a world record in dance fitness, proving that consistency and passion can break limits.

Today, my journey stands as proof that transformation is possible — not just physically, but mentally and financially.

My Core Motto:

“Focus on Wellness Than Illness.” 

In today’s world, most people react to health problems after they occur. But I believe in preventing problems before they begin.
